M2S, Inc., a leader and innovator in technology for quality improvement in healthcare and mTuitive, Inc., a leading provider of structured data solutions for healthcare organizations worldwide, have committed to reducing registry data entry time. mTuitive will provide electronic medical records (EMR) integration for the M2S PATHWAYS™ platform, allowing collection of more comprehensive data for improved patient care. This licensing agreement will help hospitals, outpatient facilities, and vein centers significantly improve their data entry workflow and efficiency.
Jeff Lord, Chief Technology Officer at M2S, says “Effective EMR integration is essential for the clinical registries on the PATHWAYS platform in order to streamline the data entry process for our clients. Our work with mTuitive will help our clients efficiently capture the quality data they need to track outcomes.”
mTuitive’s OpNote™ will automate the capture of data into the PATHWAYS form that will feed the VQI registry, including patient demographics and history, procedure details, and follow-up. mTuitive solutions improve care to the patient through quality assurance and error reduction, while eliminating redundant manual reporting processes, reducing both time and labor costs.
Dr. Chris Wixon, President and Managing Partner at Savannah Vascular Institute, comments “In our practice’s struggle with electronic health record systems, mTuitive’s OpNote has been the only product that actually makes my day easier. The ability to automatically transfer my findings to VQI will bring even more efficiency to my practice.”
